Vinyasa


Vinyasa is a breath based practice, which means that all movements, while flowing in and out of postures, are preceded or enveloped by an inhale or exhale. I like to refer to it as a moving meditation, and rightly so since this practice deepens the practitioners' experience by marrying the breath with movement.
