You do not have to try to figure it out, just send them this Blessing with true heart-felt, "shedding a tear intention" and when it feels right, set it/them free..
Use your voice if you need to! But what ever you are holding onto will harm you so let go of all the fake disguises, go within and see what is there. Forgive yourSelf, forgive others, and find your true nature... Love. This is a constant exercise!!!
